The room i got was a bit disappointing. the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It struggled to keep the room cool, and it was quite noisy. also, the wi-fi signal was weak in my room. the staff tried to help, but the problem persisted throughout my stay,! the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

the staff were helpful, acceptable.

The cleanliness was seriously lacking. i saw so much mold and dust all over my room. the carpet had clearly never been vacuumed, and even the hangers in the dresser were covered in mold. it got pretty cold at night, and the ac barely heated the room. The radiator didn't help at all.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff

It included a private roof patio with views of the Blue Mosque and the Bosporus (a real treat!). The location was perfect, right in Sultanahmet. I found a good washing machine and a cloth drying rack on the balcony. The staff proved very helpful and attentive. They quickly addressed all my requests.

The towels looked worn, and the carpets showed some age. I noticed some black mold in the bathroom. This detracted slightly from the otherwise positive experience.

The room featured modern decorations and was regularly cleaned . A spacious shower box was a highlight, and I was actually surprised by small baklava treats left for me. I found this apartment spacious and well equipped.

The people at reception were very caring, providing assistance promptly. They contacted me via WhatsApp, helping with luggage and even getting Turkish SIM cards (very useful!). Staff helped exchange euros. I got great restaurant recommendations too.
